Elite Staff Placements Terms and Conditions
Note: Any reference to “The Agency” is a reference to Elite Staff Placements. Any reference to “The Employer” is a reference to the persons who have requested Elite Staff Placements to introduce them to staff for employment. Any reference to “The Applicant” is a reference to any staff introduced by Elite Staff Placements.
The engagement in employment by The Applicant introduced to The Employer by The Agency is an acceptance by The Employee of these terms and conditions. No variation of these terms is valid unless agreed in writing by both The Employee and The Agency.
The Applicant will provide truthful and accurate information in connection with contracts and any information required by The Agency. The Applicant agrees to notify The Agency of any changes in circumstances as and when they take place.
The Applicant must notify The Agency if The Employer introduced through The Agency contacts them directly for any reason. All arrangements will be made through The Agency.
The Applicant must notify The Agency if another employer contacts them due to a recommendation from The Employer or any persons connected to The Agency.
All details relating to employment including but not limited to salary, hours of work, holidays, time off, a notice of termination and suchlike, must be agreed between The Employer and The Applicant.
All information passed between The Agency and The Applicant in respect to The Employer is strictly confidential and not to be passed on to any other person. This applies prior to and during the commencement of employment.
All information passed between The Applicant and The Employer, including details of The Applicants role and any information concerning The Employer and any of their staff or household, is strictly confidential and not to be passed on to any other person.
It is The Applicants responsibility to ensure all necessary qualifications and documentation are kept up to date. This includes but is not limited to Passport and First Aid Certificate. Disruptions to employment due to expired documentation is solely the responsibility of The Applicant.
The Applicant must notify The Agency if they are planning to terminate employment, before giving verbal or written notice to The Employer.
A dismissal of employment by The Employer is at The Employers discretion and The Agency is in no way liable or implicated in this event.
In the case that The Applicant accepts a position then declines the role prior to commencing, they will be liable for an administration cost of £250. This is to be paid within 30 days of informing The Agency, non-payment will result in legal action.
The Agency reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. The Agency will automatically update Terms and Conditions at the start of each new year. The Applicant will promptly be sent the new Terms and Conditions once they are completed by The Agency.
